George Yoldjoglou
Born in 1933 in Paris of Greek origin.

His first exposition was in 1952 and has had continuous expositions not only throughout France but in other countries and nations. His works are marked in Salons and famous museums in Paris, Versailles, Cannes, Antibe, Avignon, Peru, and in Foundations and Collections of such as Baron Rothschild, Prince de Polignac, Konrad Adenauer, S.A. La Belgium Aga Khan, Cino del Duca, Giovanni Agnelli, Pierre Cardin, Olivier Dassault, Baron Empain, S.M. Moda Hassan al Bolkiah sultan de Brunei, etc.

In 1996, France honored Yoldjoglou for his creation: "Laureat du Concours d'Etat du motif symbolique du porte-avions Charles de Gaulle". Most recently a book has been written, in France, paying tribute to George Yoldjoglou and his great works. Indeed, Yoldjoglou is one of France's important 20th century contemporary impressionists.

George YOLDJOGLOU collectors covet the artist's impressions of Parisian cityscapes, as well as seascapes, gardens, famous sites, and unique golf scenes of France. Using a sweeping brush-stroke and a colorful palette, he takes the viewer from a window or balcony past the streets, rivers and monuments of Paris, steeples and towers that dot the horizon, to golf scenes from the south and north west parts of France. His roster of gallery expositions throughout France as well as other countries goes uninterrupted from 1952 to present. Critics nationally have praised the artist's works throughout the years.

Yoldjoglou's works have been part of the Jo-Gi Collection since 2000 in Chicago and now exclusivley available at Jo-Gi Gallery in Naples, FL.
